Dr. Perez leverages a 21-year active duty Army career along with 10 years as a scholar practitioner in both public and private sector organizations. Recipient of a Master’s degree, and Ph.D. in Leadership and Change from Antioch University, he has also earned a Master’s degree in Strategic Innovation from the University of Denver. An Adjunct Professor of graduate and undergraduate courses in Leadership in Organizations at the University of Denver, he has extensive experiences at workshop facilitation, focus group design, instructional design, organization development, and performance management.  Dr. Perez optimizes strategic principles through highly engaged, reflective practitioner insights to overcome complex organizational problems.
