    Biography

    Dr. Robin Duncan has served as a Principal Consultant at Bridgepath Career Advisors, LLC where she led executives to break through barriers and reach their next performance level for themselves, their teams and their organization. Drawing upon her extensive research and studies in leadership and change, Dr. Duncan is a scholar-practitioner with a distinguished career building businesses, maximizing productivity and improving the effectiveness of leadership.

    In addition, Dr. Duncan is an adjunct professor of leadership courses in MBA programs, is a skilled DACUM job assessment coach from Ohio State University, and is green belt certified in Lean Process Improvement. She is the recipient of the National Council for Marketing and Public Relation (NCMPR) Communicator of the Year award and is recognized as a “change-maker” who accomplishes goals by employing big-picture results-driven strategies.

    Her leadership has influenced the transformation of a number of underperforming programs and individuals to high performing models of excellence.

     

    Furthermore, Dr. Duncan has served as Senior Advisor to a college president with over 20 years as a strategic initiatives leader responsible for administering successful change projects and guiding organizational development for various profit and nonprofit organizations. She held diverse leadership roles in marketing and project management, and mentored a bevy of individuals through personal coaching and professional development.

     

    Dr. Robin Duncan has a Ph.D. and Master of Arts in Leadership and Change from Antioch University, a Master of Science in Business Administration from Anna Maria College, a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management from SUNY at Empire State College, and a Bachelor of Science in Education from Fitchburg State University. Her research explores neuroscience of leadership, the concept of perceived value, and the effective use of marketing and business strategies to improve system processes.
